I spend most of my time thinking about how teams grow without breaking. How you scale engineering organizations while keeping the things that made them work in the first place - the speed, the trust, the sense that everyone's pulling in the same direction.

At rebuy, I scaled the Customer Facing engineering organization from a single team to four scrum teams while keeping our eNPS consistently between 83 and 100 - a number that reflects not just growth, but growth done right. Before that, at SumUp, I stood up a new squad from scratch and delivered a 3× improvement in feature deployment speed by rethinking internal architecture.

Before Berlin, I built Vendo.ma from zero - Morocco's largest shopping search engine, serving 500k monthly users, backed by €275k in seed funding, and recognized by Forbes as one of the “50 Startups to Watch in the Arab World.” Running a cross-functional team of 20, raising funding, and expanding internationally shaped how I think about ownership, urgency, and resource constraints.

The technical challenges change across contexts - startups, scale-ups, established platforms. The human ones stay remarkably consistent. These days I'm in Berlin. When I have a thought worth keeping, I write it here.
